
Kaushik Mahata received his Ph.D. in signal processing from Uppsala University, Sweden in 2003. Since then he has been with the University of Newcastle, Australia where he is currently an Associate Professor. His research interest includes system identification, spectral analysis, compressive sensing and telecommunication networks.
